David Blow is the founder and president of the NeuroMuscular Taping Institute, established in Rome in 2003. With over 20 years of therapeutic experience in rehabilitation across Australia, China, Japan, and Italy, he developed the NeuroMuscular Taping Concept (NMTConcept). This method has been integrated into neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation protocols within both public and private health services, particularly in Italy.
