Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly through www.edrapublishing.com from Edra Media LLC.
1. Order Processing
In-stock print books are generally processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2–4 business days after payment is successfully completed.
The 2–4 business day timeframe refers to order processing and shipment from our warehouse, not guaranteed delivery to the customer.
Tracking information will be sent by email when available.
2. Shipping Charges – United States and Canada
For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, shipping charges are as follows:
Free shipping on orders over $150
$12.50 flat-rate shipping on orders of $150 or less
Shipping charges and thresholds may be changed from time to time and will be displayed during checkout.
3. International Shipping
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States and Canada, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be disclosed at checkout before the order is completed.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
These additional charges are not controlled by Edra Media LLC and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times after shipment depend on factors including:
carrier;
destination;
shipping method;
customs processing;
weekends and holidays;
weather;
transportation disruptions; and
other circumstances outside Edra Media LLC's reasonable control.
Any estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. eBooks and Digital Products
eBooks and other digital products do not require physical shipping.
Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful checkout or according to the access instructions provided with the applicable product.
No shipping charge applies to digital-only purchases.
