In-stock print books are prepared within 2–4 business days, with tracking sent by email. Orders over $150 ship free; below that, a flat rate of $12.50 applies. eBooks are delivered after checkout with no shipping charge.

Print orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Delivery is free on orders over $150, and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an order
Contact customer care with your order number before mailing anything back. Follow the return instructions provided by the team and return the book in resalable condition unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund procedure
Once the returned order is received and accepted, Edra provides a 100% refund to the original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–7 business days after the return is received.
Digital products
Digital products generally cannot be returned after access or download, except where required by law or when a technical fault prevents access.
