About

Dr. Francesca Vailati is an internationally renowned prosthodontist specializing in non-invasive aesthetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and the management of worn teeth and chewing disorders. After earning her medical degree from the University of Bari in 1996, she pursued extensive dental training in the United States, obtaining a dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and a certificate in prosthodontics along with an M.S.D. from the University of Connecticut in 2003. Upon returning to Europe, she joined the Department of Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Geneva, where she has served as a senior lecturer for many years. Dr. Vailati is the developer of the 3STEP method, a pioneering, non-invasive approach to functional and aesthetic oral stabilization. In addition to her academic and clinical work, she maintains a private practice in Geneva and founded her own academy to promote and teach the 3STEP technique. She is a frequent international lecturer and author, contributing significantly to the fields of restorative dentistry, implantology, and dental erosion management.
