Dr. Sarah M. Schmid is a board-certified veterinary internist and educator currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. Following her graduation, she completed a rotating internship at the University of Pennsylvania and a residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee, where she attained Diplomate status with the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (DACVIM).
