Dr. Marcelo de las Heras is a distinguished Professor of Veterinary Pathology at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Born in 1959, he earned his DVM in 1983 and completed his PhD in 1987 at the same institution. Throughout his academic career, he has focused on veterinary histology and anatomic pathology, contributing extensively to the field through both teaching and research. He has also held international academic positions, including a tenure as a Professor of Veterinary Pathology at the University of Glasgow during 2007-2008.
