Dr. Lisa Germain is a distinguished endodontist with over 40 years of experience in the dental profession. She earned her DDS degree from the University of Maryland and completed her specialty training in endodontics at the Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry at Boston University. A pioneer in her field, she achieved Diplomate status and board certification in 1985, and she is recognized as the second woman in history to achieve Diplomate status in endodontics. Her commitment to comprehensive patient care led her to further her expertise through extensive training in implantology and restorative dentistry at the Engel and Misch Implant Institutes. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Germain is a dedicated educator, author, and artist who lectures globally on topics including facial pain, dental materials, and treatment planning. She is the author of the textbook "Cosmetic Injectables and Therapeutics," which provides guidance to dental practitioners on integrating minimally invasive cosmetic and therapeutic procedures into their practices. In recognition of her significant contributions to the field and her dedication to advancing dentistry, she was honored with the P-I Brånemark Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2024.
