Levent Özçakar is a Professor at the Hacettepe University Medical School in the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in Ankara, Turkey. He completed his medical training in 1997 and his residency in 2002 at the same institution, subsequently serving as an Associate Professor starting in 2006 and attaining the rank of Professor in 2012. His clinical and research work is primarily focused on musculoskeletal ultrasonography, where he has become a recognized authority, having organized numerous workshops and delivered lectures at international medical meetings.
