Juan José Mínguez Molina is a distinguished veterinary surgeon and a European Specialist in Veterinary Neurology (DipECVN). He earned his degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1995 and subsequently completed a comprehensive postgraduate program in Neurology and Neurosurgery at the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) in Bern, Switzerland. He is an accredited member of the Spanish Association of Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons (AVEPA) and a member of the European Society of Veterinary Neurology (ESVN). Throughout his career, Mínguez Molina has held significant clinical and leadership roles, including serving as a head of service in veterinary neurology. He has extensive experience in both private clinical practice and collaborative research, having worked with institutions such as the University Hospital Virgen del Rocío and the University Hospital Virgen de la Macarena. He is also a recognized author and speaker, contributing to veterinary education through his work on the Pet Owner Educational Atlas series and teaching spinal surgery within the Master of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Surgery program at the Complutense University of Madrid.
