J. Brad Case is a Professor of Small Animal, Minimally Invasive and Soft Tissue Surgery at the University of Florida. He earned his DVM degree from the University of California, Davis, followed by an internship in medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University. He subsequently completed a surgery residency and earned a Master’s degree at Colorado State University. Since 2011, he has served as a surgeon at the University of Florida, where he has been instrumental in training numerous surgery residents and minimally invasive surgery fellows. Dr. Case is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) and a Founding Fellow in Minimally Invasive Surgery. His clinical and research work includes the development of a vascular interventional service and translational research funded by the NIH and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, contributing to the advancement of medical devices and surgical procedures. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Veterinary Endoscopy Society (VES) and the European Society of Veterinary Orthopaedics and Traumatology (ESVOT).
