Gustavo Machicote Goth is a clinical veterinarian specializing in dermatology with over 25 years of experience in the field. He earned his degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Buenos Aires and has dedicated his career to the exclusive practice of veterinary dermatology. He is the founder and head of the DERMAPET dermatology reference service, providing specialized care in Santiago de Compostela and Vilanova de Arousa, Spain. In addition to his clinical work, he is a recognized educator and author of several veterinary textbooks, including the widely cited 'Canine and Feline Dermatology Atlas'. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Dermatology Group of AVEPA (GEDA) and a full member of the European Society of Veterinary Dermatology (ESVD).
