Francesco Collivignarelli is a distinguished veterinary surgeon and academic with extensive expertise in soft tissue, oncologic, cardiovascular, and minimally invasive surgery. He graduated from the University of Perugia and furthered his specialization with a Master’s degree in Oncology and Oncologic Surgery from the University of Pisa, followed by a PhD from the University of Teramo. His clinical training includes an internship in Soft Tissue Surgery at the University of Bristol under Professor Peter Holt and a fellowship in Oncologic Surgery at the University of Torino under Professor Paolo Buracco. Currently, Dr. Collivignarelli serves as a contract professor at the University of Teramo, where he contributes to the Master of Small Animal Surgery and the Master of Diagnostic Imaging. He is a highly sought-after speaker at national and international veterinary meetings and has authored significant contributions to veterinary literature, including the book 'Laparoscopy and Thoracoscopy in the dog and cat' published by Edra.
